The Pledgor (Debtor here) grants rights to this collateral to the Secured Party pursuant to the rights conferred to it by the Grantor (as described in the Collateral Pledge Agreement dated April 20, 2017 and as amended on March 30, 2020) and confirmed under the original and all amended Collateral Pledge Agreements on file with the Pledgor (Debtor here).
