The Secured Party has been granted an irrevocable pledge and assignment to all rights, title and interest in and to the principal corpus of the United States Treasury registered under CUSIP 912810QZ4, wherever located, whether now existing or hereafter from time to time arising or acquired, pursuant to the Collateral Pledge and Security Agreement between the Secured Party and the Pledgor (Debtor here) dated March 1, 2024 as referenced in the amounts shown in the demand promissory notes numbered NFGA-2024-1001 to NFGA-2024-1027 consecutively. The Pledgor (Debtor here) grants rights to this collateral to the Secured Party pursuant to the rights conferred to it by the Grantor (as described in the Collateral Pledge Agreement dated April 20, 2017 and as amended on March 30, 2020) and confirmed under the original and all amended Collateral Pledge Agreements on file with the Pledgor (Debtor here).
