He honed his underwriting skills as an Underwriter at Kuwait Reinsurance (rated ‘A-‘ by AM Best), focused on complex Construction & Engineering, Casualty, and Financial Lines risks globally. Tushar holds a Master’s in Insurance and Risk Management from Bayes Business School, London. He also has a Master’s degree from the National Insurance Academy, where he interned at Swiss Re during the course and was also awarded the GIC Re scholarship for outstanding academics.
